We are looking for a motivated Spaceborne Instrument System Engineer to support the development of advanced payloads, with a focus on Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) instruments for space platforms. The candidate will contribute to the system engineering process, working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams throughout the payload lifecycle.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in the development of space systems or other complex systems.
• Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies, requirement management, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of radar system principles
• Experience with RF and Digital Instrument sections
• Experience in Earth Observation field
• Familiarity with SAR payloads development is considered a plus.
• Understanding of the design process (from concept through to delivery and in-service support)
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
