MetaSensing was proud to participate in the World Defense Show (WDS) in Riyadh), an event that once again confirmed its role as a key international platform for dialogue, cooperation, and technological advancement.
MetaSensing’s presence at WDS reflects the company’s strong commitment to supporting the technological development of Saudi Arabia, by promoting Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) as a key enabling technology for both civil and defence applications. SAR plays a fundamental role in Earth observation, security, environmental monitoring, and critical infrastructure protection, representing a capability that modern ecosystems cannot afford to overlook.
During the exhibition, MetaSensing focused on engaging with institutional and industrial stakeholders, with the objective of building long-term value, supporting local industries, and contributing to the development of a resilient and innovation-driven market.
A particularly significant moment of the event was the visit to the MetaSensing booth by the Italian Minister of Defence, Guido Crosetto, together with Giacinto Ottaviani, Italian National Armaments Director, which provided the opportunity for a constructive discussion on how to optimise and strengthen international connections for small and medium-sized enterprises. The exchange highlighted the strategic role that innovative, high-technology companies like MetaSensing play in fostering effective cross-border industrial cooperation.
