Required skills and Qualifications

• Design and development of TX/RX modules for radar systems operating from P to K  band (PAs, LNAs, filters, mixers, attenuators, couplers, PLL/VCOs, frequency synthesizers)
• Design of analog circuits and power supplies (DC/DC converters, linear and switching regulators)
• Experience with transmission line design (microstrip, stripline)
• Use of circuits simulator, RF and EM tools (CST, ADS, HFSS, Sonnet)
• Ability to design multilayer PCBs and manage complex stack‑ups
• Proficiency with OrCAD, Altium Designer, and KiCad
• Execution of RF and analog tests: S‑parameters, power, linearity, noise, stability, phase,
• Advanced use of lab equipment: VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes
• Preparation of technical documentation, validation test reports, and design specifications
• Support during industrialization and environmental qualification phases
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, precision, and teamwork skills

Desired Skills / Qualifications  

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 5–10 years of experience in RF/Microwave, analog , mixed signals and power electronics design

Role Description

We are seeking a Hardware/RF Design Engineer with solid experience in the design of microwave transceiver modules for radar applications operating from P band to K band.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in RF/Microwave design, analog and mixed signal electronics, power supply design and advanced test and simulation activities.

The role involves developing high performance RF front ends, precision analog circuits, power systems, and multilayer high frequency PCBs.

The candidate should be technically autonomous, detail oriented, and comfortable working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Candidate must be eligible to work in Italy.
• Employment condition: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Offered salary range: € 40.000-50.000 gross annual
