Sono stati acquisiti dati polarimetrici in banda L (mono e bistatici), in banda C (mono e bistatici) e in banda P (monostatici) sullo stesso sito nella foresta di Kermeter, nella regione della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.<\/p>\n<p>In totale sono state elaborate pi\u00f9 di 1000 immagini SAR.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/metasensing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/file-25.png\"  ><\/figure>\n<p><em>Fig 2 - Immagine aerea durante la formazione bistatica<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>I dati SAR aviotrasportati sono integrati da un'ampia verit\u00e0 di riferimento e di terreno. Per la calibrazione sono stati installati alcuni riflettori angolari, tra cui un paio di 5 metri.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/metasensing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/file-26.png\"  ><\/figure>\n<p><em>Fig 3 - Riflettori angolari di diverse dimensioni sono stati distribuiti sul sito<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I partner del progetto sono il Politecnico di Milano (Italia), la Chalmers University of Technology (Svezia), l'University College of London (Regno Unito) e la Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen (Germania). <\/p>\n<p>L'obiettivo principale del progetto \u00e8 quello di valutare le complementariet\u00e0 e le sinergie delle informazioni derivate a diverse frequenze, come base per le missioni ESA BIOMASS (banda P), ROSE-L (banda L) e Sentinel-1 (banda C).  <\/p>\n<p>Questa attivit\u00e0 si concentra sulla comunit\u00e0 degli utenti finali, poich\u00e9 i dati elaborati
