The starting date will be agreed with the candidate, early starting date is preferred.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Planning and organising aerospace radar projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessing project and resource requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation editing, project milestone meeting preparations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determining quality control standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseeing project processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervising the work of junior and senior staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising relevant training sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required skills and qualifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with radar project managing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capability of working in an international environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be self-motivated and capable of working alone and with teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A methodical and organized approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong sense of responsibility.
